  • Chief Executive Officer

    The Encompass Group formed in 2002 with John Luke at the helm. John Luke is responsible for the vision and direction of the organization, as well as managing the overall operations and resources of the company. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration. He serves on the Board of Directors at Liberty Christian School and works with multiple charities and non-profit organizations around the metroplex. John Luke enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and their four children.

  • Chief Talent Officer

    Tony Bridwell brings 25 plus years of experience working with global organizations related to employee experience and culture. In his current role as Chief Talent Officer for The Encompass Group, a leading Human Capital Management company, he leads the Firms organizational consulting practice. Most recently, Bridwell led the award-winning People Group function of the global tax and technology firm Ryan, LLC as their Chief People Officer. Before his role at Ryan, Bridwell was the Chief People Officer for Brinker International and a Senior Partner with the global culture consultancy Culture Partners (Formerly Partners in Leadership, Inc).

    Tony is an accomplished author, speaker, and consultant in purpose and culture and brings hands-on experience as a practitioner, maximizing high functioning cultures. Mr. Bridwell was selected as the 2015 HR Executive of the Year by Dallas HR (the local SHRM affiliate) and won the 2015 Strategic Leadership Award from Strategic Excellence HR and most recently recognized as a 2022 top 50 HR Professional by OnCon Icon Awards. Tony has been a facilitator and featured speaker at several universities including University of North Texas, Texas A&M, and Southern Methodist University and has engaged organizations of all sizes in 44 countries worldwide. Leaders seek and thrive on his high energy and captivating style. Aside from presenting and facilitating summits and keynotes for numerous organizations, he has been a featured speaker for multiple conferences and associations, including the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CHRO Exchange, Dallas HR (SHRM), the HRSouthwest Conference, HCI Employee Engagement Conference, HR Management Institute, and the Women’s Foodservice Forum. Additionally, Tony has consulted and coached executive leaders at some of the worlds most acclaimed organizations, such as Halliburton, Citibank, Baxter Healthcare, Dell, Kimberly Clark, Kellogg’s, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Coca-Cola, Chili’s Grill and Bar, Whirlpool, OG&E, the Centers for Disease Control, and many more well-known international organizations. Tony is the author of several articles and five books:

    Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a human resources management concentration and is currently navigating his Doctorate in Leadership. He is also dedicated to multiple organizations, including being a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the board of directors for Southwest Transplant Alliance. Tony is a living organ donor and as such his work with Southwest Transplant holds a special meaning as its purpose is to save lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Terry provides executive oversight on the financial health of the business with a focus on strategic initiatives and operational decision making. He is a finance specialist, having spent 13 years in various finance roles (FP&A, treasury, investor relations, etc.) before joining The Encompass Group in 2014. He graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Finance, holds FPAC and CTP certifications, and is an active member in the FEI and AFP organizations. Terry enjoys spending time with his Little Brother who he met through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Terry and his wife are avid dog lovers and share a passion for health and fitness.

  • Vice President, Technology Solutions

    Andi heads Technology Solutions for the organization and has led projects and implementations since she joined in 2015. Andi enjoys creating smart and efficient solutions using our technology solutions, allowing HR to focus on strategy, not administration. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University majoring in International Business and HR Administration and holds her PMP. Apart from the office, Andi enjoys watching football and spending time with her husband and two sons. Go Pack Go!

  • Vice President, Transformational Consulting

    Robert is an award-winning HR executive with a breadth of experience focused on workforce transformation, workforce planning, and M&A work. Robert completed his undergrad at the University of North Texas, graduate work at the University of Oklahoma and holds multiple professional designations. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Bailey, their two boys Dallas and Lawson, and their dog, Thelma.

  • Vice President, Talent Acquisition Services

    Joyce leads talent acquisition services for The Encompass Group and has spent the last 7 years with the organization. Joyce began her career as a recruiter, focusing on creating meaningful and long-lasting client relationships. She is passionate about top-grading organizations and partnering with clients to develop an innovative talent strategy. Joyce graduated as the Valedictorian from Abilene Christian University where she earned a double major in Political Science and History as a Jack Pope Fellow and President of the Debate Team. Joyce and her family are passionate about travel and actively working on maxing out their passport pages!

  • Vice President, Business Development

    Joshua leads business development in all areas of the organization, including Talent Acquisition Services and HR Technology Solutions. Joshua takes pride in building relationships and has spent the last 6 years in roles such as Senior Technical Recruiter, Account Manager, and Director of Business Development. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a degree in Biology and had the opportunity to serve as a missionary in 14 different countries. He values creating long lasting relationships with clients who desire true human capital management solutions.
