Principal and Chief Executive Officer
John Luke Spitler co-founded The Encompass Group in 2007, and serves today as the Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the vision and direction of the organization, as well as managing the overall operations and resources of the company. A serial entrepreneur, John Luke has successfully started and operates several different businesses, including Encompass Staffing, one of the top 5 executive recruiting firms in Dallas/Ft. Worth. (DBJ 2009 & 2010)
John Luke is a graduate of Texas A & M University and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration. He and his wife Courtney enjoy spending time with their 4 children, “The Rock Star,” “The Soccer Star,” “The Little Princess”, and “Wrecking Crew.”
Neil Milam
Principal and Chief Operations Officer
As COO for The Encompass Group, Neil Milam is responsible for managing the delivery and quality of services to our clients, organizational development of the Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, and Recruiting practices, and actively participating in business development. Prior to joining The Encompass Group, Mr. Milam was an executive with ExponentHR. He was also a co-founder and principal of Focus Point, a leading executive search firm. Mr. Milam has more than twenty years of experience in corporate leadership, talent acquisition, payroll management, human resources and business operations.
Neil spends his free time cycling, hiking and camping.
